I’m definitely a down-to-earth type of dude…I consider myself a spiritual person that believes in doing the right thing…spiritual but not religious, conscious, pro-black but still human. I watch tv, read books, watch sports, enjoy porn, drink alcohol occasionly, fornicate, have bad days and hurt like everybody else. Life’s all about balance.I’ve always been told my music is real hip-hop…not necessarily ‘backpack’ or ’underground’, whatever that is, but hip hop cuz it gives people a certain vibe and feeling when they hear it…and polished. I always get the response that I sound very polished and my music sounds like it should be on the radio or I should be signed. I’m a lyricist, without question, but I make all types of records: ny spit records, anthems, radio hits, relatable life records, conceptual records, social commentary… and it always sounds like me-not like me tryin to do a certain type of record.What makes me stand out more than my beats is my musical ear n ability to produce and develop artists…personally I believe it’s my love of seeing growth and elevation from an artist that I love and believe in, as well as taking a project from ground zero to a finished superior product- I understand artists, their vibe, and how to get them where they need to be in terms of their craft and product. People trust following my musical direction because they know the end result will be two things: (1) the music represents them as an artist (2) excellent product.I’m an extremely business-minded and goal-driven type of individual…since I was young I’ve always had an understanding of how business works and what business is as if I was I was born to be an entrepreneur…I take being about my business very seriously…it’s who I am, very focused and persistent on working towards the goal(s) at hand.My crew is The Circle and we are The Conglomerate…a collective of artists, producers, songwriters, engineers, actors, playwrights, & businesspeople striving to make excellent product for the world.
