About Me

Earthworm Clothing, Inc. is a start-up, manufacturer of an urban clothing line. "Earthworm" is a name used to describe anyone that embraces the true Hip-Hop culture through music and fashion. Earthworm Clothing, Inc. is more than a clothing company. But, in order to even begin to understand what Earthworm Clothing, Inc. is or where it came from, you first have to understand the true meaning behind "earthworm". The concept came from the fact that earthworms play one of the biggest roles in our environment, yet they go unrecognized. Hip-Hop was created by people who started from the bottom. Like earthworms, these people took what they had (humbled spirits, inner strengths, and powerful voices), to create something fresh, rich, and new that can benefit everyone. For people in the struggle, Hip-Hop gave them a way to channel their thoughts and feelings regarding their everyday trials and tribulations. When we refer to "Hip-Hop", we?re not talking about "commercialized" rap. Earthworm Clothing, Inc.'s inspiration comes from early-generation Hip-Hop such as Krs-One, Public Enemy, and Eric B. and Rakim; artists known for educating their listeners, hitting topics from politics to Black History. Inspired by the architects of this culture, Earthworm Clothing, Inc. serves more than one purpose. Earthworm Clothing, Inc. not only supplies Hip-Hop heads with hot garments but also sends a message with each piece of material that is developed within the company. We want to educate the youth as well as the old "heads" by using our creative outlets to express our views on Hip-Hop, music and life in general. So, if you are a true Hip-Hop head (young, old, male, or female) and you don't mind getting your hands dirty, then you understand where we're coming from. Check us out. If you like what you see, make a selection. Stand up and join the Earthworm Clothing, Inc. Revolution. ...Earthworm Clothing, Inc. pays homage to the Hip-Hop Culture and continues to carry the torch.

My Interests

Many today have tried to trace back the roots of Hip Hop; with that we have many different accounts of Hip Hop’s beginning.  There are numerous sources one can find today, that give different accounts on Hip Hop’s origin.  Taken from one of our favorite resources, Hip Hop Files by Martha Cooper and Akim Walta, the following piece is a rundown on a segment in history that documented Graffiti Art.  Another recommended source for graffiti pictures is Schwarzkopf & Schwarzkopf’s series, Graffiti Art.my t-shirts are made with hip-hop ideas and im welling to wholesell and hook any one up......just help me out im trying to start small and go big!thanks everyone
