About Me
The VIP name was founded by a young man named Makadame, in the Fall of 2000, in Fairfield, CA. You may be asking yourself why, or what does it stand for, and what’s the meaning of it? The VIP is not merely a simple acronym. The VIP has received the blessing of growing up together and remaining together through many trials. The VIP is a group of young gentlemen who share similar qualities and overall views of life. The VIP is not your every day group, or gang, or click of young men just running in place. The VIP are goal orientated and motivated individuals with an eye on success. We are grounded and humble individuals with a personality and presence that people love and need to be around. We build each other up and act as each other’s crutch. We could have easily become failures in the past, as we were surrounded by negative energy. There is a lot of negative energy in northern California. Instead of being involved in the streets, we got together and decided to take another path. We developed a sense of grown man maturity much earlier in life than most young men in this generation. You see, most young men in this generation feel as though they have to act hard or act like something else, and end up portraying themselves as something they are not. We realize who we really are and we have nothing to prove. We posses what some would call “square†type qualities, but we have the hood ingrained in our soul, and remain with a constant swagger that cannot be defined; this is what makes us so cool. But who in this day and age could truly define the meaning of a square? Is a square a positive or negative trait in this world of constant transition? And besides, the prestige’s men of the VIP look at and handle every situation from the right angles; we stand upright and we’re equal on all sides of every circumstance. Like I said before we have nothing to prove. We are what we are, and respect those who can be themselves. The VIP consists of a small circle, with extended branches, of entrepreneurs, music artists, athletes, college students, and successful young men full of game, mouthpiece and swagger. We handle our business and do have “square†type qualities, but can down a fifth like its crystal geyser and go 18 dummy any given day yadada. We all have brothers, cousins, nephews and nieces in the generations beneath us. We realize we are looked up to as role models and take that into account with every move we make. All of these traits are the reasons why the VIP has such an incredibly rare uniqueness. We hold the characteristics of what a group of friends should be, so when you speak of us you should speak with eulogy. It is a combination of friendship, brotherly love, success, and loyalty; it is the V…I…P.
