Antonio ”Dekon” Vellucci, from Turin city, began his musical career as a DJ in 1997, selecting Hip Hop records and practicing scratch. At the age of sixteen he produce his first mix tape and, with Dj Kaf and Rei01, publishead the promo “ Il Simbiota”. A few years later he began to be influenced by other musical styles and experimented with them, scratching his music in different ways.He composed his first pieces using only the turntable as a musical instrument and studied scratch as an art form and musical technique. He has collaborated with many artist from the Turin and national scenes, participating in records, compilation and concert with: Assalti Frontali , Dj gruff , , B-box Mind , Dj Skizo ,Dre Love,Top of Torino, Aggettivo7, Terza sfera, Dj Ezra (Casino Royal) , 4 Pieces , Dj Vale, Dj Luciano, Dj 10/9, P.M, Metuo , Ivan Bert , Luca Corsaro , Mr Rogga e altri In 2004 he worked as a resident dj at the artist circle “G.Da Giau” of Turin. Additionally, he has noted given numerous live show in Turin and throughout Italy, performing in such venues as : Punto g, Hiroshima Mon Amour , Caffè Procope, Cadipas Jazz Club, Villa Capriglio,Spazio211 Giancarlo, Murazzi +, Amici del po, Patchanca,Circolo Pueblo,Askatasuna,Il Gabrio, El barrio, T.p.o (Bo),Kinki Club (Bo), Villa angeletti(Bo),Ex mercato 24 (Bo) Il Tunnel(Mi),Mamy Blues(Mi) T.n.T(Jesi), Target Club(Ba),Digit Club(Roma),Circolo degli artisti(Roma), Quaalude(Ge) and at festival such as Ritmika, I.T.F 2005, Gusto dopa al sole 2006 In 2005 he participated in the compilation of Italian turntablist, created by Dj Skizo for the PL record “ Scratch till you bleed”. In the same year he was accepted to and successfully attended the school of high musical perfection(A.P.M) of Saluzzo (Cn). In the same year he worked as sound designer at the recordind studio “Area 23” of Moncalieri (To) along with Paolo Varello. In the summer he participated in Terza Sfera record “Small Hiding To Disappear”In 2006 he participated in two records traks of the Assalti frontali album “Mi sa che stanotte”, recorded in Casa Sonica and released by the label Il Manifesto.He scratching in two production by Dj Gruff (PM Recordings), : “Capelli Punto Zippo” and “La Valle del 3” In the summer of 2006, he formed the scratch group “ 4 pieces “ along with DJ Shinoby,Dj Maybez,Dj Drugo, Dj Kame and at bass Masso. The group toured Italy as part of the “EckoscratchTour” , promoted by the American Clothing company “ Ecko Unlimited” . Toghether they recorded two tracks for Dj Skizo’s latest record “ Broken Dreams “, released by Relief Records For a little over a year Dekonsan has lived in Florence, where he studies Elettronic Music at the musical conservatory “L.Cherubini”. There he has met and worked with arstist and musicians such as Simone Zaccagnini, Metuo, A smile for Timbuctù, Dre Love , Manuele Atzeni, JonnyBoy,Matteo Bennici, Mille lemmi , Guido Masi among others. Whit them he has performed at the clubs and shows in the city : Sintetika, Ambasciata di Marte,Australiano, Fortezza, Combo store and on stage at "Muv" and "Elettro Wave"
