Aintuse are a punk rock band from the tiny village of Mariazell, one of the most sacred places on earth. Growing up with religious dogmas and churches wherever they looked, they soon realized the conservative life was not for them. The guys filled their religious void with skateboarding which in turn brought them into the punk scene. Soaked with all the inspiration and a passion the music gave them, the urgent need for expressing their own opinions and views promted them to grab instruments and lay down some punk.
Since then the band have recorded a 3 track demo, and played loads of shows. In 2008 Aintuse released their first EP “Liberty Stand Still†which was recorded at Stress Studio. Tracks from the EP were released on the 3rd Sampler of “Rise Or Rust Records†from Graz, “Schubumkehr 3†and on the American Sampler “Punk Kills vol. 3â€. In 2009 we recorded our first full length album. It’s about seeing the world as one of the sickest and on the other hand one of the greatest places at the same time, with tracks ranging from songs about all-time-diseases like racism, religion or injustice, to passionate anthems for the good times.
The album drops back end of Summer 2010. Watch out for that!
