I'd like to meet:

Emperor Shen Nung, a skilled Chinese ruler in 2737 B.C., patron of the arts and scientist. As a hygenic precaution in his time he ruled that all the water must be boiled prior to consumption. On one of his many travels, some tea leaves from a nearby bush were said to have blown into his boiling water, resulting in an amber colored liquid.
