About Me


Welcome to the Alternative Soul Café!The Alternative Soul Café was created on October 21, 2002 by Lady Grace (me), to give listeners a break from the mundane music played on mainstream, commercial radio stations. The main purpose of the Alternative Soul Café is to give independent, unsigned, and under appreciated artists the opportunity to get radio airplay they need and deserve. Also the Alternative Soul Café strives to uplift the community through the music that is played.
The Alternative Soul Café is housed at WHCJ 90.3 FM in Savannah, GA and is aired every Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Wednesday from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. and a rebroadcast of the Wednesday show is aired on Mondays from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
You can hear the best in Alternative Soul, Conscious Thought Provoking Hip Hop, Spoken Word, Rock Soul and a little bit of everything else in between.
