Hello!
So I'm Vincent. I live in Amsterdam for amazingly cheap. I graduated for my bachelor in Business Information Technology in 2005 and I guess I have some funky set of rhythmics. Yes I'm a dj (and love it). I bought my first decks in say 2002 so been playing records for a couple of years now. Did some gigs in clubs in Amsterdam and surroundings and played at festivals like Rockit Open Air and Dance Valley. One night, just a few weeks after winning the TWSTD dj contest, FCA-music bombed me by saying they wanted me to close the night after Jeff Mills. All shaky and nervous but what the hell, I nailed it! (Well, I think I did.) Anyway, being bombed is maybe also the way to learn....
Now I started with my own evening with some friends called Bakken Met Herrie (BMH), this is Dutch for Trunks of Noise or something... We are playing records and yelling and dancing in TWSTD and Studio 80 (in Amsterdam).
Furthermore I love my work as well. I'm an Application Manager (IT) currently working for ING bank.
I think live should be about going with the flow and not thinking about what live should be like. Pressure is only something you create.
