My name is Bill Flowers, former IBC Light Heavy Weight Champion .I retired in early 2005 due to injuries. I also held many other titles that I am just as proud of.....The Amature Fighter of the year in 1997 and 1998, 7 Dallas Golden Glove Titles, 5 State Golden Gloves and 1 National. Ringside and 2 Title Championships as well. Several K.I.C.K. and TKO Welter weight and Middle Weight tiles in Kick Boxing as an Amature..then an I.S.K.A AWMA National Title Light Heavy Weight and U.S. OPEN Champion..Now I work as a boxing instructor, ie. coach, and I own my own athletic clothing line and fitness program, KO-101 Athletics and Sports Apparel. I work along side some of the United States greatest Martial Artists at Texas Karate Institute here in Richardson Texas and a second location in Allen Texas at the Allen Family Martial Arts Center.
I am venturing to open my third location very soon. I spend most of my days at work and my nights with my kids. I started in the Martial Arts industry at a very early age, 6. I was able to learn many styles and train with some of the greatest fighters out there.
I have trained world champion kickboxers as well as many state golden glove champions, Title Champions, National Gloves Winners and many, many more. I have dedicated my time to helping those who want to get better. I love what I do. I pride myself in teaching an art that really works for the ring and in everyday life as well. Whether you are 16 or 60 I have a program that will fit your needs.
