The website wannabeastar.tv is a recent release to the public since June 2006. This website is dedicated to expose up and rising music stars to the mass media.It was created in collaboration with some of the most well known record labels from Europe, United States and Canada.Our mission is to search the continent for talented musical artists from all various genres such as Rock, Rap, R&B and Pop. Viewers have the chance to rate the artists' music skills and decide who's hot and who's not.Interested labels have the opportunity to recruit potential artists to their camp.It is important to know that there are many talented artists and you should provide us with your best work.All music submissions must be in video form because great music counts but visual presentation is the most effective!Whether it be your kid brother doing the recording or a high budget director, it doesn't matter.Also, monthly cash give aways up to $500 U.S.Good luck and you could be the next star!

We at Wannabeastar are interested in meeting and providing exposure to up and coming artist, who are keen to get their music out there and put a face to the music. Please keep in mind that we are not a high budget production company, so all videos made are videos which are made to just give exposure and to put a face to their music. If you want a high budget production that is no problem...just have the funds ready because, excellent quality video shoots are not cheap, just ask the artist out there who are putting out high production videos.a

After you have signed up, login to your account from our homepage.Upload Your VideoAfter you have successfully logged in you will be brought to your own personal profile space. To upload your video:1. Select the desired artist page you wish to put the video .. on "Create Video" and fill out the necessary information relating to the video you are uploading.3. Under "Upload Video" in the Video File Section, browse your computer and upload the desired file.Note to User: You must copy your music video in wmv, mov, mpeg, or, mpg file formats* and for best quality compatability we suggest the wmv format. The file must also be less than 50MB in size to be uploaded. We recommend using the Windows Media Encoder which is available for download by clicking here.Also, please be patient with the upload as the upload time depends on your internet connection, your music video will take between 1 to 5 minutes to upload for every 1MB and this will also depend if you have high-speed internet.Video Editing SoftwareYou can edit your video with software such as iMovie or Windows Movie Maker.Video LifetimeVideos will stay on the website until the artist decides to take it down.
