I will make this madd quick and I will also make this madd simple, I am a down to earth type of person and everyone will tell you I am madd goofy. But as I get older I am finding myself to also be a no nonsense type of indiviual. I do not like for anyone to play, waste, or take advantage of my: time, health, or kindness that includes family. My main priorty in life at this time is my health and school I do need nor want a myspace boyfriend so please refrain from hitting me up with the nonsense or DRAMA for that matter life is too short to be angry or to have sorrow. I am what you can call old school I believe in you must first COURT a "woman" keyword WOMAN. You can play around with a girl=child but you take your time with a woman. Oh and those that are close to me no I am madd private so if there is anything else you want to know or think you should know hit me with it and I might let you in on somethings if I feel you need to know, which will probably be a big 10-4 negative anyways... So many times people ask me what type of music do I listen to and what they expect me to mention are those to genres. Now, I am not saying there is nothing wrong with them, however I would be limiting my self to the wonderful expressions of art if I only devoured them. Simply, I wouldn't be a well rounded individual. Basically I try to take pieces of every genre whether it is pop, classical, hip hop, gospel,jazz, and blues etc. I am a woman of principal so I find it necessary to understand cycles and to have an understanding of why things are the way they are so I know or will have a clue of what the future will behold, and the only way that can be achieved is through exploring the past. So, yes I listen to madd old music. For instance I kept wondering how did hip hop come about and quite simply it derived from jazz and jazz was birthed from traditional african music mixed with european influences. African Slaves in America created jazz, which means jazz should be something very special to America. It is our music, jazz started here. But you cannot get todays youth to appreciate it or listen to it for that matter. Its a crying shameThis is my 90z playlist. Simply said im not feeling nothing new in rnb and rap they ran their course back in the 1990's. Yet, I have faith that great musicians and singers will come back around full throtle until then I will just wait and play old school joints from these two genres. Lol becuase I refuse to listen to "SWAG SURFIN" or "IF YOU LIKE IT THEN PUT A RING ON IT" there is no creativity or pride in the work people are putting out. I want to be enligtened and feel changes within my mood and temperament, personality, and disposition when I listen to music. I dont want to dance off of every damn song. There is no respect for their crafts or the history of Music and it is disgusting. Anywho hope you enjoy my playlist. I will be changing it peridoically =)
