About Me

Personal...I like romantic walks in moonlit gardens of puppies, or something. Work... Yes. Started playing at 15. 1st band...Gamora, Trenton NJ, playing wild thing, good love, etc (we didn't know we were supposed to tune instruments together). Then played with tons of original and cover metal bands...battles of bands, gigs with 10 original bands per night, major label interest bull, and lame cover gigs. Moved into 80's pop cover bands playing things like Roxette (I sang lead on one of those), B52's, etc. Finally got a good paying gig with Jabberwocky, which started as a Motown group but transitioned into a leading funk/pop Philly/Scranton cover band. Left to travel regionally with the Mahoney Brothers (www.mahoneybros.com), traveling legends show impersonating the Beatles (yes I wore the wig), Elvis, etc. I worked with tons of impersonators along the way such as Buddy Holly, Ricky Nelson, Jimi Hendrix (I played bass & drums), James Brown, etc. That was about the time I got turned onto the philly modern rock cover scene and played with members of Split, Octane, Fuzzy, Speed, Steamroller, Last man, etc...and worked for just about every agent in the Philly/N. Jersey cover scene. Then I heard about a great gig with a guy named Jefe (I thought it was a mexican acoustic gig that paid well) in Delaware with Burnt Sienna, they were on the rise to, well, you know. Left BS for a couple years to tour nationally outta Nashville with the country group Ricochet (www.ricochetonline.com). Adds up to about 50 bands/250 personalities and playing styles? A great challenge and pleasure to work/drink with all of them. Was lucky enough to get my old Burnt Sienna job back, and currently reaping the benefits of what I call, one of the top 3 cover bands on the north east coast. Kicks our asses sometimes, but you can tell we love it.HEY! LOOK UP HERE. USE THE UP AND DOWN BUTTON ON YOUR RIGHT OF THE PICS TO SPEEP UP SLIDE SHOW.
