I'm an urban-based yogini of African descent teaching and sharing the ancient healing systems of Yoga and Ayurveda with black people and other people of color in the world community. I am founder and director of the Power of One Yoga Center, the only black-owned, community-based yoga center serving the greater Baltimore area.
