Lesedi Film Center offers workshops in the discipline of film and video to teens in the Bronx and vicinity. Lesedi is a group of artists, filmmakers and educators. We teach our students to channel their creative ideas through film and video. Students learn the fundamentals of story structure, film theory, the use of cinema tools and most importantly, to allow their spirits to shine through cinema.

We are in our first year, and in need of support from our community. With everybody's help, we can really make a difference in the lives of many young people by offering them not only top notch creative education, but also providing a map for them to continue their careers as creative professionals.
