Shaolin martial arts is a complete system that teaches all forms of self-defense including stand up at the long, mid and close ranges, ground techniques, pressure points, joint locks, muscle/tendon separation, empty hand, classical weapons, modern weapons and more.Our students are from all walks of life, each pursuing different goals.
