Started out rapping and DJ'ing at the age of 14. " 2 years later Jaypea got picked up and placed in the spotlight! The biggest show for popular music in Norway, "Top 20" (simular to TRL) used Jaypea as their house DJ, performing live every friday for 5 years. Since then Jaypea has hosted the biggest clubs and events in Norway performing live like no other. In 2003 Jaypea got he's own DJ-show at the largest TV-station in Norway "NRK". "The Jaypea Show" featured the hottest tracks, live mixing,scratching and audioperformance. In may 2005 the first single from Jaypea hit the streets. The track was called "What i'm looking 4". It hit the norwegian charts and became a club banger all over.
