Sir Francis Highly

Hey my name is Duncan. A few years back I was digging through these tapes in my mom's basement and found a whole set of tapes labeled "Sir Francis Highly". For some reason I found them to be intriguing but not enough so that I would listen to them. I stuck them in a box and let them sit there for a few years. Then, in about May of this year (2006), I found the box. I popped a tape in the tape player and was mildly disappointed. Anyway. No one knows who Sir Francis Highly is. So I put them digitally on this website. I don't really care if you like 'em. I just want to find out who this joker is. Do you know?
