All are welcome.Our mission is to provide for all, programs to enhance the awareness of ourselves on a physical, mental and spiritual level. We believe that our personal awareness in these three areas is cultivated first from within, then it will reflect out in our relationships with all people, the planet and the universe. Our philosophy is, through proper exercise (Chi Gung), diet, breathing (Cobra Breath), meditation and a positive mental attitude we can acquire physical, mental and spiritual well being.This page is designed for linkages purposes amongst our extended Shen Tao family worldwide.
