SERJAH NINE (DRUM N BASS)(NEW TUNE UP)

whats up people i go by DJ SERJAH9. started djing back in 98' when i got my first pair of silver technic 1200's and later bought a vestax pro 05 II mixer that i still have and pretty much just started scratching and mixin' commercial hip hop and a little deep house. lol. towards 99' i trashed and gave away all my commercial hip hop cause i just thought that shit was garbage, and i started getting into reggae and the underground/independent hip hop scene. i just thought it was more realer and most of it i could relate to. around late 01' i started making beats, mostly hip hop tracks, they wernt to good but people got the gist of what i was trying to do. around late 02' early 03' i started listening to drum n bass (pretty much it was a diesel boy mix from junglodium i think 01' not to sure) and thought that was just the dopest shit ever. i never heard a sound like that anywhere. well at the time i started chillin more with my boys steve and ray (JACKNIFE and BIG RIG) this was when we were into the ragga jungle scene as well as dnb. thats funny cause i remember countless times spinning at SPACE 20 (steves trailerpark number) just when he bought all his gear. spinning tunes from (general malice to dillinger to hazard) good times good times. In 03' i started producing drum n bass, listening to those tunes now kinda makes me laugh cause of how far ive gone. thanks to working with good people like steve and ray (HEAVY HITTAHZ) my tunes sound so much better than the stuff i was making, i aint sayin im the best but better than what i used to be. im more on the jump up level now cause i use to kinda produce ragga jungle. lol. it had its moments. anyway its 08' and ive been djing for ten years producing for about six and a half, hip hop/ drum n bass/ and i kinda fuk with electro (but not to much) and working with homies in hunington park,bell flower, downey, long beach and compton who are also gettin down on my hip hop so ive been a little busy putting work in trying to move my music around, and ive got new shit for 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so be on the lookout. big ups>>dreadnought, lostone, igfn!, heavy hittahz everyone who knows and helped me in the dnb scene and the good people i know in norwalk, cali. peace.
