During the week I focus on inconsistent/harder moves when working out. Sundays are for working on all the moves that are more consistent, in order to keep them fresh in my mind and make adjustments where I need to. After 2 sets of dynamic stretching and 1 static, I work the moves 3x each with a 1 minute break in between. The reason for 3x each with 1 min break between, is to not fatigue myself for Mondays practice, Monday being the more intense workouts of the week. Since Sunday is a recap work out, the intensity is moderate and I try to keep my body temp low and stay fresh during the whole work out.

Working double back flips with shoes on spring floor(blue floor) and non spring floor(red floor). I plan on moving this tumble pass to hard floor. These exercises being part of the progression to do so.

Hard floor practice back in june. Practicing on hard floor is part of my weekly schedule, over the last two month I've increase the intensity of this work out. And I will continue to do so until I film my demo.
