Born and raised in Fort St. John B.C, Dustin "Dash Murphy" Moore is just one fifth of the crew that is "Second Hand Smoke Productions" and one half of the crew that is "Smoke Team". Born February 20, 1986, the 22 year old emcee/producer recorded his first official song way back in 2002 with Mike "The Fourth" Moore (his brother by blood) and Skyler "Prod Deuce" Bedell, under the moniker "Northern Born". As the group started gaining momentum and recognition they decided it was time for a change. After moving to Calgary Alberta and adding two new members, in long time friend Cody "Choke Artist" Gibos and Calgary native Tyler "Tigs" Hayes, they would change their name to Second Hand Smoke Productions. Dash and The Fourth would later move to Nanaimo British Columbia, where they currently reside under the moniker "Smoke Team" while Choke and Tigs continue to hold it down in Calgary, and Prod holds it down way up north.
