The infamous and groundbreaking artist Naferlovesyou aka Navin Thakoer started with hiphop in '82 and was among the first b-boys and grafitti artists in the Netherlands. He worked with crews like the Clan of 26, Duvelduvel, Gitm, Lau Trooperz and Badboyz inc.
He started his own crew in '97, the Transformerz which was a fusion of different crews. They were one of the first in the Netherlands who showcased art, dance, performances and eclectic music.And are now considered Dutch legends.
Under his name Nafer Flavor he played all the big clubs in the Netherlands and paved the way for the urban eclectic scene in the Netherlands.
He created the Netherlands first regular Asian underground/Desi clubnight were was the dj, Cool Asia and later Urban Chutney.
Nowadays he is totally focused with contemporary art. He creates a lot of work in the public space, makes installations and does his Naferlovesyou performances.
