Rock/hard rock/ metal(old 80's shit) but I'm also into some of the newer stuff. No thrash or death metal for me. Although I can appreciate the talent it takes to play it I think eventually music gets so fast that there is no room for melody. Guitarists end up playing rythmically and I just like hearing those melodies.
