Behind the Ministry is the Woman"You see, they were like brother and sister, very close and good friends...... He became uncontrollable, forced and raped my 95 lb. mother. She was devastated, he was ashamed..."It was a miracle that she actually had me because she was not physically able to have children. The doctors told her that she could not have any more children after the first daughter. Ten years later my mom and her husband had daughter two. She was then told that she definitely could not have any more children and that it could be life threatening. They thought that it would be physically impossible for her to conceive. Keeping in mind that nine years before me there was born a son that died in the hospital and did not make it home. So when she found herself pregnant with me, I'm sure, although we never discussed it, she had to be thinking how and why. She was, however, most certainly receiving pressure to have me aborted from doctors, friends and family.Seven months later, I was born Lyrica Joy, a name given by God to my mom which means "Song of Joy". God even gave my mom a song to sing to this little premature baby born with a hole in her heart, weighing less than 4 lbs. and very sickly, called "Joy Song." I can still hear her singing it to me! Isn't it ironic that a baby conceived of rape would be ALIVE and called a "Song of Joy"!?! It is written..."According as He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love:" Eph. 1:4 It is also written..."Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." Jer. 1:5. Hallelujah!
