We are Ten Percent. It all started when Kevin and Steve decided to make a new band one day. Steve was in a acoustic band with Jay (DuckButter) so they asked Jay to be the singer since he was already singing in a band. Music was made, and we all realized we needed a bass player. Much thought was gone into it before we realized the magic of Bartlett. We had him come over to the barn and it was great ever since, or as he puts, it was sex with a beauitful woman.
