Hi everyone, welcome to my Myspace.
The following should be able to give you pretty detailed information about me, I hope you enjoy reading it.
My name is Angela, I was born in August of 1986 in Heidelberg/Germany and that’s pretty much where I’ve lived all my life so far. But this doesn’t mean I’ve spent all my time here, I’ve also seen other spots of the world. I love travelling and getting a lot of impression of different places. I am half Italian and my father lives in the very south of Italy, so I got to know the culture of southern Europe pretty well, but I think the landscapes are much more fascinating than the people. It’s the same about Egypt, another country I’m really interested in. I’ve been there twice so far, once I travelled the Nile, the second time the western desert with it’s oasises. I’ve seriously thought about studying egyptology for maybe 10 years now, and it seems like I might actually do it soon, I’m not 100% sure yet though.
Another passion of mine is photographing. That doesn’t mean I’m good or special, it just means I like to do it. The things i prefer to take photos of are usually landscapes, special places and other natural things. But I also love to take pics at concerts. As you can see below I created two slideshows with photos I took, one for each “genreâ€.
Nature in general means a lot to me, so I always try to protect it. Just like animals, which mean more to me than humankind. For that reason I’m a vegan (almost vegan I have to admit, since I eat eggs because of some problems I got, but I only eat eggs if I know them come from chicken that are treated well, as I live in a village that’s pretty easy) .
What dominates my life most (my activities, my style, almost everything) is my love for music. Unfortunately I’m not talented at all, so I can only enjoy it passively. That means I need to listen to music at least some hours a day, I would go insane otherwise. The best that can happen are concerts and festivals. I love being in front of a stage, watching and listening a band I love playing on it. I like to sing along, analyze lyrics, I love merchandising and I love the mood during a festival.
Now it’s time to talk about my friends. I’m a person who has a veeeery narrow definition of the word “friendâ€. There are only two people on earth I can really call close friends, and only a few more that I still call friends, without the “close†in front of it. It takes much time and sympathy until I consider someone a real friend.
There are many people I like to hang out with though. If I don’t regard someone as a real friend it doesn’t mean I don’t like him/her. So the number of people I like to share my time with is not a small one. There are people I’ve known since kindergarten, those I’ve met during my entire school time and others I met at concerts, festivals, parties or even online.
