Movies:

Interesting, intelligent, foreign, indie.

Television:

The Daily Show, the Colbert Report. Oh, and Battlestar Galactica. I'm a geek like that.

Books:

Here is what is lying around the house in a state of being half read: Rob Brezny's "Televisionary Oracle," "White Metropolis: A History of Race in Dallas," "The Year of Yes," "The Disappearance of the Universe." I also like fun reading, mysteries and popular fiction and so on.
