LOCKHART

In late 1997 schoolmates Ed Balzano, Chris Mitchell and Charlie Kaplan along with former Latex Generation drummer, Jay Enz, formed SFN. After a few months bassist Chris Mitchell left. Mike Ciaravino joined and in early 1998 Lockhart was formed.The band lasted about a year and a half. Only 5 songs managed to get recorded out of about 10 or so that were written. For about a year lockhart played many shows and parties across Longisland with bands like Hidden Agenda, 1080, Close call, Silent majority, Contra, Pegleg, Subterfuge, Down For Life, M.C.D.182, S.A.D, The Barcode Age, Explosive Anguish, Amish Jihad(haha) and many other bands from around that time. Places like Ground Zero, Deja 1 and Roadhouse pub which no longer exist were some of the venues we played. This page is for anyone who came to our shows and all the people we met along the way that helped us out. Lockhart didnt last that long but the experiences will last forever. I hope these songs bring back memories of that time for anyone who experienced them with us. Most of the members of lockhart have new bands and are still playing music.
