Wet Flower came into existance in 1991 and hit on the South Florida music scene with a bang. Within one year Wet Flower was picked by the South Florida Music Scene as one of the top ten bands in all of South Florida. Playing at Miami Rocks in front of ASCAP and many record execs with the other top bands in the area such as Marilyn Manson, The Funk, F.O.C, The Itch, Quit and others. The local music scene ate them up. Wet Flower filled clubs such as Squeeze, Reunion Room, Plus Five, Washington Square, The Ambassador Room, The Button South, Purple Grotto and others with thier Funky R/B sound. Playing with other local favorites Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids, The Livid Kittens, Love Canal, FOC, The Itch, The Funk, Collapsing Lungs, Amboogalard, Basketcase and many others. This foursome kicked ass with the Sultry and Sexy voice of Lead Singer France Blais, the great Jimmy Page'ish guitar licks from Joaby Knee, the (sic) bass leads from Ron (RIG) Gold and the Heavy Drumming from Mr. Chris Collier.
