It consists of 3 different people in every aspect. One, that's me...ya boi Yung Mac aka Da Golden Child. I was born and raised in the young town people like to call Decatur in Illinois, better known as the "Dec". I'm the man everybody looks up to where im from because i set the example to these people that I know, that you can graduate from school, get a higher education, and make money that's positive. I know, because im doing it! I dont sell drugs, but i make money off beats. I try to stay versatile and do it all. I produce my own music, write my own music, sing, and rap. Not to mention, im a ladies man...image is everything in this type of profession. Im all about work and fun after business is handles to sum things up. Two, is my boy Bezzal aka Q.P. Born in the Chi, but raised in the "Dec", me and my boy discovered each other's talents because he used to stay next door to me on Marietta Street out there on the west side. We then started combinding our ideas and making music of our own off of any instrumental we can get our hands on. Even if it was a playstation instrument, we would grab a boombox, put a blank cassette tape in, and start to freestyle. As time passed we never stayed the same, we always made a way to progress. Now, we have everybody saying that we're the best competition in the "Dec". It's just a matter of time before our talent gets recognized and put out there for millions of fans to listen to on the streets. Keith, (Bezzal) is somewhat like me, but is more grimy when it comes to getting whatever it is that he wants. Some people get the way they are by things that they've been through in their lives, and he's one of those people. He's a smooth talker when it comes to women, so ladies watch out. Last, but not least, is my boy Tone Bone. The original Yungstarz(Mac and Bezzal) recruited Tone at ages 13 because we felt that Tone had something that the Yungstarz needed to be brought to the table. He is conservative, straight forward, but cool about many situations, and a business man. Advertisement sells, and he always knew how to advertise. He's been on student counsil for school, made vice president for the school board, still as a student, and also taken trips out of state to promote our music. Yungstarz does hip hop, rap, and r&b music, but we're never afraid to try new genres.
