About Me

Who am I?

An Artist, a Professional Classical Singer (mezzo soprano), a mother of two grown up children, (see Charles in My Friends space), a grandmother, the wife of a clergyman, and proud Matriachal Aunt to lots of talented young nephews and nieces.
A severe bout of glandular fever in 1996 gave me a window of time and space in which to develop my artistic inheritance. Solo and group exhibitions followed, with paintings in collections in France, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, America, and Great Britain.

Paintings

A course in Botanical Design at 'The Chelsea Physic Garden' lead to a period of work with Karen Beauchamp, the inspiring Head Designer at 'Cole and Son' (Wallpapers).
I teach singing, perform, paint, am putting together a design portfolio, and sometimes I look after my little grandchildren!
I came from New Zealand to England in 1981 and live in Oxfordshire.

"I won't call" written, played and edited by my son, Charles, and featuring Hope.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Who I'd like to meet

Would love to meet all my ex-singing pupils, and find out what they are doing with their lives, so pass the word around! Would also love to see all those nephews and nieces who are growing up on the other side of the world.

FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS MY FRIENDS WILL BE RANDOMISED.
