This is Charlie McCarthy. Charlie is sometimes rude to the shows guests. He has developed a bit of an ongoing feud with W.C. Fields. Charlie may lack in manners and people skills, but he really is a good kid. A bit of a chip off the old block.
This strange fellow is Mortimer Snerd. He often forgets the topic of the conversation mid-sentence, and needs to be asked any question two or three times before being able to answer. Even then, the answer isn't as useful as one would hope.
