I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am 29, have lived in 7 countries, have always known that education in a classroom is over-rated, and am as regularly pleased as dissappointed with what I have acheived in life so far. I am proud of my streetsmarts. At 18, I toured around Europe following U2 during the Popmart tour, (Honorary Popmartian baby!) At 22, I was part of a team of 6 people who built the fastest mobile network in the world, now a redundant 1800Mhz bandwidth clusterfucking the Australian airwaves. At 25 I investigated Eastern European and Asian organized crime involving internet fraud in Australia's most effective e-crime team, and now I have logged off the office pc, and dedicated a few years to see if I can be a yachtie and make my fortune in the sun now that I have more understanding that I probably won't win the US Masters in my lifetime. I shoot the shit, demand integrity from my friends, and know that if only I could sing I would not be where I am now.Monkeys attempting World Domination edit their profiles with Thomas Myspace Editor V4.4 (www.strikefile.com/myspace)A friend alerted me to this on Urban Dictionary...thinking it appropriate for me.... 1. mattrosexual: a person who is metrosexual, but tries to hide his connections with the metro community by calling others gay. a mattrosexual may be inclined to roll up his shirt sleeves to try and show off his "guns", or refuse to wear his hair naturally. mattrosexuals seem tough and asshole-like on the outside, but they really just need some lovin'.

Hammered with Hammerheads

Your silly season may be over, but for mine, its just re-begun. Its a perennial thing. Maybe its not and I just like using the word perennial to remind me of my first job working at a garden cent...

Aung San Suu Kyi

In all honesty, there are some shitty elements to world politics. While the west wages war to replace Middle East dictators, and the dictatorship in North Korea goes by unchallenged, spare a thought f...

Pen, paper, people, poetry, punches and punchlines

Books are weird things. People have different interpretations of what they read in them. Some one who I pissed off just last week insists they take up too much space yet has many of them in her h...
