PRESS RELEASE THE NEW SINGLE FROM DEM BLOCK BOYZ FITTED ON LEAN In September 2005 the Koallation was formed by a collaborating team of Hip/hop, Rap, R&B and Reggae artist in Vancity. Lables like DAKREM RECORDS, Big Dawg, Drunk Skunk, HOLDING MICZ, Hard Times, THE CAMP, O.C.P. and a few others formed a union called The Koallation. By mid fall D-Boy from Vancouver, Big Skips from Toronto, B Diamond from New Orleans and Baldy Loc from L.A. along with a few other members from the Koallation released a mixtape cd called ''The Blockz Watchin'' With over 1500 cd's distributed in the first week and the demand for more in the lower mainland and other parts of BC., the mixtape cd became one of the hottest underground mixtapes in 2006. The head liners for the cd was the group DEM BLOCK BOYZ(BALDY, DBOY, BIG SKIPZ AND BDIAMOND). The group has opened up for many concerts/shows across BC building a strong fan base. Now with a cd in the works the group is ready to release their first single, FITTED ON LEAN under the indie lable DAKREM RECORDS. The single is slated to be release September 13, 2006 and coming to your local radio stations soon.
