Xiantoni Ari Lynch has by far been blessed and greatly seasoned in the area of music. Born to Xavier M. Lynch from (Belize City, Belize) and the Legendary Actress, Singer, Songwriter, and lead singer of 70s Group Hott Gwen Owens (From the motor city Detroit, MI), Xiantoni is the second child born a twin ( Xavier Lynch II is twin boy). Xiantoni grew up listening to the fast paste sounds of Motown and the Harlem Renaissance Jazz era. The Singers that she listened to are that of Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Gladys Knight, Gwen Owens, Mariah Carey, Billie Holiday, Nancy Wilson, Aretha Franklin, Roberta Flack, Brenda Russell, Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross, Peabo Bryson, to name a few. JAZZ to her is the root and core of all modern music today it is in this element that Xiantoni Soars. Xiantoni was born in Hollywood, Ca but moved to Detroit (her mother home city) as a young child and started early education there, while her mother toured with the legendary Lou Rawls. But shortly after California became her home again. It was there that she became an active member of Calvary Baptist Church of Pacoima (Apostle William T. Broadous is pastor), and it was there where her career blossomed. Xiantoni attended Milliken Performing Arts Magnet where she was introduced to Vocal performance, musical theatre and Dance. She studied in Dance the Likes of Lester Horton, Martha Graham, Isadora Duncan, Alvin Alley, Benn Veren and she attended a private workshop with Hinton Battle. She began Piano and earlier background study on Musical Theatre. By this time at the age of 13 years Xiantoni had a well diverse vocabulary in Jazz, Blues, Country, Doowop, R&B; and Gospel.Xiantoni went on to study further in Vocal Jazz and Dance Performance at Hamilton Academy of Music in Los Angeles (One of the Top Music Schools in the Country). It was there that she began her role in television as well. She linked up with popular Hollywood agent Debra Manners c/o Daniel Hoff Agency. This Agency booked her gigs such as CBS The District,An International Pepsi Commercial for Japan (Director: John Landis), a National A.I.D.S Commercial, a campaign print add in several nation wide magazines for a Drug Free America,and a Mattel Doll Commercial. She has worked with actors such as; Sean Patrick Thomas, Craig T. Nelson, Leeann Womack. It was at the age of 14 that Xiantoni took on a new passion ;Drums!! Drums became a natural for her and now currently she has been studying the likes of; Shelia E., Max Roach, Uriel Jones (Motown Funk Brothers) To name a few,Drummer girl she is now referred to more than vocalist. At age 15 Xiantoni was introduced to Eddie and Brian Holland (the Holland Bothers songwriter of Motown) and began some early studio work with tem and there artist. In 2003 Post her High school Graduation Xiantoni along with her Twin Brother (Xavier) headed to Wales U.K And London England U.K Where she toured with her mother (Gwen Owens) on the Northern Soul Review.Music and Jazz is a passion that Xiantoni will carry the rest of her years, She is currently in her 4 year at University of Phoenix where she studies Forensic Science and Criminology as a fall back to her love for music.
