The company is owned by DJ Fitzroy who was a staunch clubber in the 70s / 80s and his love for music and constant buying took him into playing at the occasional party and having regular guest slots at his cousin’s sound in east London called “Santic Sound Systemâ€. Since this was mainly a Reggae sound and he was classified as a “Soul Boy†(Keys on the hip all that) it was in his interest to perform.
As the years have progressed and determined to keep the lively soul tempo in ear short of the public. Even when “Slow jam†was been beaten to death. That’s probably why he got into the Garage vibe because it’s bouncing flow keeps the floor lively and now the Soulful house.
Still keen to keep the "Old School Classic Soul" alive we also try and do regular Old School Club nights.
