I graduated a couple years ago from college and joined a rotational program that required me to travel around for a couple years. As of last October, I found myself in the arctic north (really close to the north pole - at least that's what I say) freezing off my arms, my legs, my butt, and every other body part that I own. And when it came time to leave, I took a permanent job to stay up here (long story) and have somehow managed to live up here for almost a year... the longest I've stayed in one place since college... sometimes I believe I am a masochist. So far I've enjoyed the frivolities that Edmonton & Calgary have to offer several times, and twice over. Right now I'm just counting the days that I have left before I either 1) finish this project or 2) make my dream of moving to a house near the beach in California a reality. In the meantime... I'm planning trips back to Oregon/California... with the possibility of visiting Hawaii/Honolulu or Las Vegas.
