AIM DEEP BIOGRAPHY

Our band started in 1995. We spent our youth listening to bands like Metallica, Iron Maiden or Megadeth. Those are the main influences in our sound. During five years of hard work in the garage, in music studios or wherever the opportunity came, we created songs and, with those songs, weve reached the perfect harmony together. We had songs, we had our stile and our dream. The next step was to show our work in bars, in contests for new bands and in record labels. The wish to be a professional musician took us to a studio to record our first CD. This was the year 2000 and we named our CD A.D.2000. It was a dream come true to the band. We started to promote our CD but we still had the feeling that something was missing. We started looking for someone who could add some quality to the band. We thought about adding a solo guitar but what we really needed was a lead singer. Someone who could apprehend the bands spirit and personality. Has our search for a singer kept on, we decided to get back to the garage to compose new songs, in order to make a more complete and grown up job. In the year 2005, we finally met the lead singer weve always wanted to have in AIM DEEP. Pedro has arrived to the band and brought that extra quality weve been searching for. Besides that, he is also a metal fan and now a great friend of all of us. All we needed then was to record our CD with the complete formation of our band. Every song of our CD reflects our love for metal music and our love for our project. The CD we are now promoting is called VIRUS and its the best work that weve done so far. The last year has been a very busy one for AIM DEEP. Between the rehearsals, our live performances in bars, in contests, in motorbike festivals, we have been on the move, making what we love the most: playing metal and having a blast. But our dream is yet to fulfill...
