About Me
Mark C: Purveyor of more rock than an English sea-side 'resort' with a side service of fine comedy impersonations and character voices.
Mark plays lead guitar Quench (www.quenchuk.com), a UK rock band signed to Elevation Records and for Josh Doyle (www.joshdoyle.com) in the USA. He also works as a session player for a variety of other artists including live gigs, recording studio and TV sessions. Mark began playing guitar during the early 90's by jamming along to Skid Row and Metallica records (and other far more guilty pleasures!) and starring in the obligatory garage band or two. This was followed by the hard graft of the pubs and clubs of the toilet circuit whilst at Exeter Uni and then a series of UK and European tours with TVB and Ripcord. He also records voice overs, character voices and celebrity impersonations for several clients including a few well-known mobile phone companies!
Other projects Mark has been associated with include Doug Walker (Mark appears on Doug's debut album "Fear Together", produced by Danton Supple (Coldplay's X&Y etc)), Ripcord, Mandora, Bunkbed, Psalmistry, The Mojo Collective, Martyn Layzell, Entrace Thesis, Dredd Vs Death (PS2 game), TVB, Alias The Jester, The Fast Acting Anti Histamines and Sefton.
