I was born and raised on the Easternshore of Maryland! Surrounded by water and numerous cornfields, I’m definitely a country girl! I started singing before I could talk and performing as soon as I could walk and I hit the stage at age 6. I’ve been on it ever since! My love for music lead me to be in every choir at church, to sing in school plays and I sang with the Soul Searchers of the Eastport United Methodist Church for 5 seasons! In high school I found Community Theatre. There I sang and danced in a multitude of musicals, acted in three comedies and even did one dramatic play.
I finally decided to try to “make†a little money at this entertainment thing, so I joined a band. Have been on that adventure for the last 7 years. I am currently in my own band – Marge’s Brownies – which I created with a couple of friends. Among performing in my cover band, I have also taken on the challenge of writing songs. I picked up the guitar 2 years ago- I still have an abundance to learn – but it is the most enjoyable thing in my life right now.
I have posted 3 songs that I wrote and recorded. I have a few new one’s to share- I’ll get them on here as soon as I can!
