Music, music, music! Going to rock concerts! I also love watching some sports including NHL hockey and CFL football (my favourite team being Edmonton!)
I hope that my Atlantic Canada e-mail pal and I (and our families) CAN meet someday as it's been 4 (or has it been 5 now??) years since we met on Tami's website! And of course Tami too, my other e-mail pal! I would also love to meet some of the LOTR actors!! Okay....I'm not picky.....I'd like to meet all of them, LOL! LB, even though I have already met some of them, LOL! (Does that count anyway?!) AND.....my fellow BBB sisters of course!!! I'd love to meet them and be with them at ORC, ELF or anywhere where Beecake is playing!!! As well, I'd love to meet the exceptionally talented Mr. Alan Rickman, whom I've just recently become a (HUGE!)fan of.
A big fan of all Classic Rock, including of course "The British Invasion" bands of the 60's like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who and The Kinks just to name a few!
All of the Lord of the Rings movies, Harry Potter movies, Narnia (hey, I have kids and I LOVED C.S. Lewis' book "The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe" when I was growing up. They did a great job with the movie), all of the Star Wars movies, good mysteries, good comedies, the Classics......
Rockstar INXS/Supernova (even though I'm not a Supernova fan, I found myself getting into it after enjoying the INXS series), I admit that I've been kind of addicted to The Amazing Race but I don't get to always watch it. However, the ONE show that is a MUST every week (aside from hockey and the CFL during their respective seasons!) in our house is the hit comedy "Corner Gas"! Being from the prairies, we can totally relate to this great show. It reminds me somewhat of the old "Northern Exposure", complete with it's own set of "quirky" characters and story lines with good ol Canadian humour!
Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, good (psychological) mysteries by such authors as Barbara Vine (aka Ruth Rendall), Maeve Binchey.....
