Ron Freeman & the Revelators

About Me

Ron Freeman was born and raised in Erie, Pa. He moved to Columbus, OH to work with his friend Seth Ellsworth(also from Erie) on making a record. After recording for two years he released 'The Undercard'. Now joined by his good friend Chris Vogt(another Erie man) he is currently completing a concept record, called tentatively 'Steeplechase Park'. The album exhibits what Ron is best at doing: telling grandiose stories, mingling them with melancholy and shrouding them in layers of meaning only several listens will be able to uncover. 'Steeplechase Park' will be released 2009/2010.
