So my name is whitney. I am from this little town in between a bunch of corn fields, but I am definitely not a farm girl. I recently moved to Chicago for culinary arts at Kendall College and ive loved every minute of it. I love to party. I am usually a pretty relaxed person, but I love to have my crazy times. I’m not afraid to speak my mind. I have an awesome family that I wouldn’t trade the world for and the most amazing friends in the entire world. I don’t know what I would do without any of them! They have definitely made me into the person I am today. My favorite color is green. I drive a grand am and I don’t plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. However, I miss it now that I am in the city. I LOVE to drive. I love everything about the city, but home will always be home, and its really nice to go back every once in a while. I love basically any kind of music. Any song that has amazing lyrics gets my attention. I’m all about meeting new people but I don’t trust a lot of the people I know….my best friends and my family are really about it! I used to play volleyball in high school and I miss it soo much. I was in pre-law school for a year but decided that really wasn’t what I wanted to do. I followed my dreams and now im in downtown Chicago…LOVE IT. I don’t regret anything that has happened in my life. I think that everything happens for a reason….even if it doesn’t make sense at the time. Did I mention that I have the most amazing friends and family ever?!?! I don’t mind change….but im not gonna lie…I don’t like drastic change…but its happens and I deal. The way I see life is…you only live once, but if you work it right, once is enough. (someone once said that, but I have no idea who). I think that you should try everything once, but you have to draw a line somewhere. I love summer. Winter just really doesn’t work for me. I love staying up late, but I am the farthest thing from a morning person. The best feeling ever is laughing until you cry. I absolutely love thunderstorms, and they are even better in the city!. I take pictures just about every where I go. Bon-fires with your friends and drinking a nice cold beer is amazing….who could ask for more? Just so everyone knows, once again, I have amazing friends and family! I have found that a good route to true happiness is to “live like its your last day, drink like its water, and dance like no ones watching.†And that’s pretty much me……Create or get your
