Debuted in 1983 with a collection of poems. Published eleven books, the two most recent novels are Röster och brus (Voices and Static, 2000) and Stoft och vind (Dust and Breeze, 2007), that both takes place in New York City. In 2008 a collection of twenty two texts of poetic prose, Last Remnants of The Wild: Meditations and Exercises, became the first work of Erixon published in translation.
