As a young child, all I could think about was music. The significance of words and constructing verses so as to convey a meaning and express myself, is my all time indulgence. The passion for this art has only grown stronger through the years, starting from the age of nine.
I was raised in Corona, Queens. The streets of Corona were where I obtained my education. Drugs, thievery and violence, played a major role in the daily lessons to be learned. With a father in and out of prison, and a mother striving to do her best raising 3 children, I took comfort in hip-hop music and creating verses; it was the only way to stay on top and above the influence.
My adamant stance on not blending in with the rest is what most sets me apart from other artists. I strongly value originality, which is what I bring in every rhyme I deliver. I take pride in the fact that my writing is a reflection of my life; past, present and future, and unique, for it is based on what I am feeling at the moment.
Music, and all its counterparts, ie: writing, rhyming, performing, has never been just a part of my life. Instead, it engulfs my life, providing me a much-needed tool to exert the nuisances of the daily grind that is life. I do not feel that I have to prove that I am the world’s worst villain, for I am confident in who I am, and know exactly who I want to become.
My passion for music will never die, no matter where the road of life will take me.
I’m still going through misfortunes that life tends to send my way. So I continue to write and compose using past trials and tribulations, current circumstances and conditions, and my feelings and thoughts about the future. My aspirations strongly include performing my rhymes on stage to thousands, as I unleash the words that have helped soothe my disturbances, in the hopes that others will find the same refuge.
