Banned

Banned initiated in mid 2005, as a personal project by Th. Argiriou.In the long studio Mythos sessions (thanks Sakis), a number of friends helped to make this happen. Lots of thanx to Mike Kapilidis (drums) and Giannis Grigoriou (bass), Mike Tsoukalas (acc. guitar) and Stefanos Logothetis (drums).Along the way, M. Kabbadias joined the process, contributing to the approach with his guitars and general influence. It was completed by fall 06 and all contacts with labels made at that time were unsuccessful.K. Vichos on bass and N. Christopoulos on drums completed the band in the perspective of upcoming live shows, an effort that didn't fruit due to many unforeseeable problems.So, Banned remained a studio project... Quite possibly, this will be the case for Banned II, on which I keep working, but it's gonna take some time...The Banned project has dominant guitars but in an alternative context, with psychedelic, hard and punk references.Thanks for visiting, tell me what you think...
