Carlyon Capos are an elite circle of MC's out of the notorious West End section of Cincinnati (Tha Lot to be exact). We are about to let off an arsenal of material for the bottom of '07- top of '08, strting off with Chipz, the lead artist of the group who is prime to become the premier artist of Cincinnati's blossoming underground Hip Hop scene. His new album, Stuck in These Streets, just recently hit the streets and is available now.
