ok been a while posting
dont even know if anyone reads my blog :P
food service 2 is cool we now do bar and cashier as well as personal service to the customer now instead of counter food service its ...

just have to wait for bits of portfolio to come back from the verifier and bam qualified chef :) got a week off now term time

nearly done had pratice exam today i got 78% we need 70% to pass
next week its the real test wish me luck

ok 3 weeks to go nearly a chef level one have a formal test to do to get hygene certificate
gonna be a pain
paperwork is an ass but i'll get there
in kitchen last time till next september when we do ...
