Hello, i've been Tattooing for 8 years, i've worked in India, South Africa & Austrailia, and obviously, the UK.i started off by hand & then moved onto machine. after 8 years i still have a passion for my art.i design my own flash and try to personalize all the pieces i do. i specialise in free-hand ( especially japanese and tribal), but all concepts and ideas can be concieved.i dont like to limit the styles i do, so Japanese, Tribal, Old school, New school, Portraits & Animals are all part of my repetoir.We have very friendly staff here, and to me it feels like family & home.we also guest international artists and do a few conventions every year. i prefer to have a consultation with my clientelle... finding out what styles they like, where they want it and often do an artwork for them before we tattoo.

Mat has been with Squidink since December 2004My style of drawing is very graphic and linear, and i love strong design in any medium. i have many varying influences, tattoo based and otherwise. I am slowly building my tattoo skills ( a lifetimes task ), and i am constantly designing interesting pieces for my fantastic customers!
