Introducing Melbournes Unsigned Steven Galaska. Singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. A self trained muso who sings, plays, choreographed all instrumentation in this DEMO (including post production synth/string arrangments in "what makes you") and hopes it to be his signature mark in the future?
From start to finish honesty and originality shines through. Taking the listener through the eyes of an conciencous individual who at times feels isolated. From expression comes his music.
He doesnt have writers, purchase songs or a thousand dollar budget? What you hear is what you get.
The Demo was engineered and produced by a good friend Mark Farrow and co-produced by Steven Galaska, 17 years of age at the time the recording was completed at Ten Victoria in their "broadcast/voice over" studio. With no expectations, it was very much a experimental exercise which progressively gotten better in each session, in which we'd come out with a unmastered song.
We all think Steve has alot to contribute and is worthy of a listen. Enjoy!!!!
